Ordering & Customization
How do I customize my stamp?
On each product page, you'll find a customization box where you can enter your text and other details. Some designs allow you to choose fonts or layouts too!
Can I request a proof before it’s made?
Yes! Just leave a note at checkout or email us after placing your order, and we’ll be happy to send a proof for approval.
What if I made a mistake on my order?
We understand mistakes happen! If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your stamp hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll gladly correct it. However, once the stamp has been made, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes or offer a free replacement due to the customized nature of the product. We appreciate your understanding and always do our best to help where we can!
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my stamp?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Custom orders may take a bit longer. Shipping times vary by location.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we do! Options will be available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but we’re working on expanding soon!
Returns & Issues
What’s your return policy?
Non-customized items can be returned within 14 days. Unfortunately, customized stamps are not eligible for returns unless there's an error on our end.
What if my stamp arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're so sorry! Please contact us right away with a photo, and we’ll remake or refund the item immediately.
Product Info & Ink
How long do the stamps last?
Our stamps are built to last and can make thousands of impressions. You can also re-ink them when needed.
Do you sell ink replacements?
We currently don’t sell replacement ink pads or ink bottles directly. However, we’d be happy to point you in the right direction! Please email us at sales@handystamps.com, and we’ll send you a link to a trusted source that matches your stamp.
